Ideas In Partnership celebrates 10 Years in Business

Ideas In Partnership celebrated their 10 years in business on the 8th March 2012 at the Thistle Airport Hotel in Aberdeen. The company enjoyed a meal with their guests who included friends, family and colleagues both from the local area and from further afield. They were then all treated to a performance by Ocean’s 3 an Aberdeen based swing band.

Gordon Mutch - Karting Enthusiast!

Ideas In Partnership would like to present a sponsorship opportunity which could really kick start someone’s potential sporting career.

To be truly competitive takes a lot of hard work and skill from the sportsman. It equally, particularly if that person is young, takes a lot of stamina, dedication and time from their coach or family, not to mention resources, both in kind and in monetary terms.

Our client is looking for sponsorship support to enable them to participate at a national level and progress through the ranks to become a top karter, hopefully evolving into a future formula one champion.

Investors In People Award

The Ideas In Partnership Team with their Bronze Investors In People Award: Sommer Cheyne, Helen Maniukiewicz, Directors Carolyn and George Maniukiewicz, Christine Adam and Alison Murray.

Ideas In Partnership are delighted to receive bronze status from Investors In People.

Launched in 1991, the Investors In People Awards are a national standard which sets a level of good practice for improving an organisation's performance through its people.

As part of their work, Ideas In Partnership have conducted feasibility studies and business plans which have resulted in successful projects of £40million.

A firm believer in the importance of business and academics working together, Carolyn and her team have collaborated in many pieces of academic research, which has helped to formulate policy and partnership working.

The award demonstrates a particular achievement for the Ideas In Partnership team as it shows that a small organisation can meet the requirements of the Investors In People Standard without the need for highly formalised processes.  It is this effectiveness of what the team have created which is of greater importance and which will assist the business to continue to improve.
